$1.00 of the Over Night/ Day Visit price or $10.00 of the Minimum Charge goes to the Healthy Forest Fund to help cover the costs of pest control at Te Kauri.
If the Cook-out area is used for overnight camping, Lodge users are still expected to pay the nightly rate for all in their care to secure their booking.

There is parking at the Lodge between the lounge and the green woodshed. The main car park and emergency assembly point is down on the grassed area in front of the Lodge.
If you have forgotten anything, check with the Custodians. They will direct you to a source of supply.
You are expected to leave the buildings and ground in a clean and tidy state. A clean up roster is available from the custodians. We encourage recycling and waste minimisation as much as possible, and recycling facilities are provided on site.
